Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by interacting with customers professionally and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of staff to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Identify and hire qualified candidates using approved recruitment methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan security practices.
- Implement and maintain operational processes related to inventory, lending, product display, store appearance, systems, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and promote profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure daily operations consistently meet or surpass established company benchmarks.
- Supervise loan underwriting and purchasing practices to maintain loan quality and value accuracy.
- Complete assigned tasks and developmental training as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to reinforce store goals and financial targets.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services.
- Serve as acting manager during the manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
