Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of software development, from concept and design through coding, testing, deployment, and live system support.
- Work within Agile teams to iteratively deliver software solutions from initial business needs to final production deployment.
- Decompose business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and implement solutions in incremental stages.
- Create technical designs that comply with defined technology standards, architectural principles, and organizational guidelines.
- Build and sustain full-stack applications using current programming languages and modern development frameworks.
- Maintain production environments by diagnosing issues and applying long-term fixes.
- Recognize areas of technical debt and balance their resolution with ongoing feature development.
- Engage in pair programming to enhance code quality, share expertise, and promote team learning.
- Develop and integrate application features using databases and RESTful HTTP APIs.
- Support efforts to improve application stability, ease of maintenance, and continuous enhancement.
- Communicate clearly in English and collaborate efficiently with team members across different geographic locations.
