Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the methods and inspection planning unit
- Foster team cohesion and drive engagement across technical teams
- Coordinate planning and execution of inspection-related activities
- Monitor and balance workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Support onboarding and integration of new team members
- Serve as liaison with Engineering Management to define inspection requirements based on operational feedback and product specifications
- Develop and maintain the technical reference framework for the discipline
- Oversee skills development and competency management within the team
- Review and approve inspection plans for compliance and effectiveness
- Ensure the inspection reference database is current and accurate
- Establish and monitor inspection performance indicators
- Plan and track inspection schedules to meet project timelines
