The Commercial Manager for Northwest France will drive sales growth and market expansion in the Rouen region (departments 62, 80, and 76), focusing on building strong relationships with dentists and orthodontic specialists. As part of Ormco, you will play a key role in promoting innovative orthodontic solutions and supporting customer success through direct engagement and strategic sales planning.
What You'll Do
- Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products, provide information on new products, and collect feedback on company products and services
- Establish long-term relationships and generate revenue growth within the assigned territory among dental surgeons and orthodontic specialists
- Handle orders and process them directly with customer service or via iStore (electronic ordering tool)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Visit potential customers to qualify them as prospects
- Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to ensure appropriate and efficient customer treatment
- Submit product ideas and extensions to marketing management for evaluation
- Comply with company policies regarding entertainment and customer relations
- Analyze, report customer complaints, and recommend corrective actions to the regional sales director
- Collect and transmit competitive intelligence to marketing management and the regional sales director
- Prepare periodic reports including weekly visit and call reports
- Prepare periodic reports including monthly expense reports
- Prepare periodic general reports
- Prepare other reports as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bac+2 or higher education in sales/commerce
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to communicate and work in an autonomous work environment
- Fluency in French (native level) and English
- Strong computer skills (Office, Excel, and CRM)
