Responsibilities
- Follow a standardized whole-home electrical inspection procedure
- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems in homes
- Deliver high-quality service to customers
- Keep vehicle stocked with necessary parts, tools, and safety gear
- Drive to job locations within the assigned service area
- Coordinate with dispatchers to stay on schedule and notify customers of delays
- Secure customer approval or signature for payment or financing upon job completion
- Achieve established sales and performance goals
- Help customers decide between repairing or replacing electrical components
- Support the scheduling and follow-up of replacement evaluations when needed
- Meet or surpass minimum performance benchmarks
