Responsibilities
- Service and maintain HVAC systems in homes to ensure reliable operation.
- Educate customers on system functionality, maintenance practices, and ways to reduce energy consumption.
- Support high customer satisfaction by participating in follow-up evaluations and responding to feedback.
- Maximize first-time fix success by diagnosing problems accurately and arriving with required tools and parts.
- Address service calls within the required response window.
- Identify and resolve HVAC system malfunctions, presenting repair options to clients clearly.
- Meet or surpass monthly revenue goals to support business growth.
- Recognize chances to recommend additional services, products, or maintenance plans during visits.
- Enroll customers in ongoing service agreements to support long-term relationships and recurring income.
- Maximize productivity by managing work orders efficiently and reducing non-billable time.
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep residential HVAC systems running efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels in service vehicles to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain an incident-free work environment.
- Record service details, including work performed and parts used, in the Service Titan system.
- Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and providing support when needed.
- Present oneself professionally and communicate courteously with customers at all times.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled service appointments.
