Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maintain peak efficiency and performance while advancing technical expertise through training and industry updates.
- Educate homeowners about system operation, recommend energy-saving practices, and address concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores based on post-service feedback.
- Maximize first-time repair success by diagnosing problems accurately, arriving with correct tools and parts, and resolving issues during the initial visit.
- Address service requests within established timeframes to ensure customer comfort and build reliability.
- Identify and resolve HVAC system malfunctions, present repair options to customers, meet or exceed monthly revenue goals, and promote additional services or products during visits.
- Enroll customers in ongoing service plans to support sustained client relationships and generate recurring income.
- Maintain high productivity by managing work orders efficiently, reducing idle time, and increasing billable hours.
- Monitor and manage inventory of parts and supplies in service vehicles to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a zero-incident safety record during the evaluation period.
- Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in the Service Titan system.
- Work collaboratively with team members, share technical knowledge, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Present a professional image and communicate courteously with customers at all times.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled service appointments.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
