Bleu Robotics is hiring a Research Engineer — Vision & Perception

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test perception models for robotic manipulation, including object recognition, segmentation, pose estimation, and scene understanding
  • Improve internal benchmarks in perception for embodied agents, prioritizing resilience and efficient use of data
  • Conduct controlled experiments on physical robots, contributing to data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and testing infrastructure
  • Refine research prototypes into reliable perception modules suitable for integration into production systems
  • Work closely with Robot Learning and Integration teams to transition experimental systems into deployed solutions
  • Contribute to defining the long-term research direction and technical vision of the organization
