LINE MAN Wongnai is hiring a Repayment Experience & Automation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce early-stage loan delinquency
  • Study customer repayment patterns to detect high-risk groups prior to missed payments
  • Lead the management and enhancement of the automated deduction system and repayment triggers
  • Improve repayment methods to ensure accessibility, reliability, and ease of use
  • Oversee the development, testing, and iteration of automated customer reminders across SMS, push, email, and in-app platforms for users, riders, and merchants
  • Apply product and platform tools to promote on-time repayments while preserving customer relationships
  • Drive innovation by leading the adoption of AI-powered chatbots and adaptive decision systems in initial collections workflows
  • Monitor progression from current to delinquent status to assess the impact of prevention strategies
  • Coordinate with Portfolio Management to ensure repayment initiatives support overall portfolio stability
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Modeling teams to incorporate predictive alerts and build automated collection processes
  • Share insights with Underwriting and Policy teams on borrower quality based on early repayment outcomes
