Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections, identify problems, and implement necessary repair solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, provide honest evaluations, and deliver excellent customer service
- Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at elevated heights
- Record findings and ensure all repair tasks meet company quality standards
- Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions
Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
Nice to Have
- 6+ months of roofing or related repair industry experience preferred, but training is available

Compensation
Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
Work Arrangement
On-site — field-based, local travel to job sites

- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
- Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
