Responsibilities
- Oversee a designated set of customer accounts, prioritizing the timely and successful completion of contract renewals.
- Proactively reach out to customers ahead of renewal deadlines to assess needs, address issues, and highlight ongoing service benefits.
- Discuss and finalize renewal terms and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, and product departments to ensure a smooth and consistent renewal process.
- Recognize and evaluate opportunities for account growth during renewal discussions, forwarding viable leads to sales teams.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all customer communications, renewal efforts, and results within the CRM platform.
- Review renewal metrics and patterns to suggest enhancements to retention tactics and operational workflows.
- Generate and present periodic reports on renewal projections, pipeline health, and performance against goals.
- Remain informed about product advancements, new functionalities, and industry competition.
- Operate on an 8-hour schedule within the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CET window to align with North American business operations, including adaptability for meetings as required.
