About the Role
This position involves assisting clients with vacation planning, managing booking details, and ensuring a seamless travel experience through responsive communication and organized follow-up. Training will be provided to help new hires succeed in the role.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries about travel plans
- Assist in booking accommodations, activities, and transportation
- Update and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm service details
- Provide support during customer trips to resolve issues
- Follow up after trips to gather feedback
- Manage changes or cancellations according to policy
- Ensure all client preferences are documented
- Communicate clearly about travel itineraries and timelines
- Monitor upcoming trips for potential scheduling conflicts
- Escalate complex issues to senior coordinators
- Adhere to company protocols for customer service
