EX Squared is looking for a UX Design Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will contribute to the design of intuitive user interfaces and experiences.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design concepts
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a UX design role, with a portfolio showcasing your process
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Excellent communication skills for a fully remote, global team
