About the Role
This role involves delivering outpatient therapy to individuals using a virtual platform, with an emphasis on coordination between therapists and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients with complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with patients located in Vermont
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with psychiatrists to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards in all patient interactions
- Respond promptly to patient messages within the care platform
- Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions
- Follow clinical protocols and best practices for outpatient therapy
- Support patients through crisis situations using established procedures
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Contribute to a patient-first treatment environment
- Use secure video and messaging tools for care delivery
- Provide feedback to improve clinical workflows and systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with integrated care models
- Training in cognitive behavioral therapy

- Experience with adolescent or young adult populations
