Conduct standard-length sessions, with 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined and transparent goals
No responsibilities for inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
Utilize an in-house referral network to and from psychiatrists
Receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
Make independent treatment decisions
Provide input into your schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines
Apply a clinical approach within evidence-based standards

Full-time and part-time W-2 employment
Base salary of $70,000 with potential to earn up to $20,000 in incentives
Tenure-based salary increases after two years

Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available)
Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
Highly desired: experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
Highly desired: experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care
