EX Squared is looking for a Remote Senior Developer to contribute to our core technology initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions that meet our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance
- Collaborate with team members to define, scope, and implement new features
- Debug complex issues and improve system performance
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven ability to design and own significant parts of a codebase
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience writing technical specifications and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for a remote work setting
