Work remotely as a Sales Representative guiding customers through auto and home insurance options from a wide network of over 55 carriers. You'll respond to inbound inquiries, explain policy details, and assist clients in selecting coverage that fits their needs. Your role is centered on delivering clear, personalized service while navigating pricing, coverage options, and customer concerns.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking insurance solutions
- Explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage options in a clear, helpful way
- Generate and finalize quotes with carrier partners
- Address customer hesitations and support informed decision-making
- Maintain an engaged, supportive tone throughout each interaction

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with uncapped commission potential. On-target annual earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000 or more. We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty license, expected within two weeks of starting.

This is a fully remote position with equipment provided. Choose between a 5-day, 8-hour weekly schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour model. Ongoing training and leadership mentorship support your growth.
