- Follow structured sales processes to ensure consistency
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers
- Research target markets and customer segments
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
- Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Meet or exceed monthly lead and appointment targets
- Use sales tools and technology to streamline outreach
- Stay updated on product features and value propositions
- Adapt messaging based on customer feedback
- Support onboarding of new clients after initial sale
- Identify customer pain points during initial conversations
- Escalate technical or complex inquiries appropriately
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions
- Follow up with prospects according to sales cycle timelines
- Assist in refining lead qualification frameworks
