Responsibilities
- Work entirely remotely from any location within the United States
- Examine roofing inspection reports, photographs, measurements, and related documentation
- Assess roof conditions to identify storm damage, leaks, deterioration, and other issues
- Decide whether a project needs repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement
- Create detailed and precise estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects, including low-slope systems like TPO, based on available inspection data
- Record estimates, project notes, and follow-up information in JobNimbus
- Request supplementary details or arrange an on-site inspection when documentation is insufficient
- Share estimate details and project suggestions with internal production and operations teams
- Track assigned projects and keep organized, accurate records
- Handle multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high accuracy
