1 Legacy is seeking an energetic, driven, and goal-oriented individual to play a key role in our growth as a Remote Recruiter. This is a commission-only position responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle remotely.
What You'll Do
- Create and post open jobs
- Screening potential candidates on the phone
- Interviewing candidates
- Conducting reference/background checks
- Conducting new hire compliance
- Comply with state and federal regulation
- Other projects as assigned in HR
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years Customer service experience, or Human resources/recruiting experience
- Customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
