Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% remote outpatient psychiatry sessions.
- Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
- Provide care across the lifespan: children and adolescents (treated only by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and geriatric patients.
- Adhere to standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Avoid inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care, or crisis coverage.
- Utilize an in-house referral network to therapists.
- Receive full operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
- Enjoy clinical autonomy and flexibility with control over your schedule and weekly availability.
- Maintain session lengths within established clinical standards.
- Balance patient population according to individual criteria and preferences.
- Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Compensation
Total annual on-target earnings of $325k - $375k+, consisting of base salary and monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period).

What your day-to-day practice looks like
100% remote, outpatient psychiatry. Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD). Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO). Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available). Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care. Our history
Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care. Together, they set out to reimagine outpatient psychiatry by building a model that supports both patients and clinicians, while expanding access to mental healthcare.
