Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in a fast-growing business, preferably within healthcare, with a focus on revenue cycle management.
- Thorough understanding of operational systems and workflows specific to healthcare or revenue cycle management sectors.
- Proven ability to lead intricate projects under strict deadlines while coordinating with numerous stakeholders.
- High-level analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with full-cycle operational processes and a track record of supporting time-critical, complex decision-making.
- Outstanding project management capabilities, particularly in multifaceted and high-pressure settings.
- Proficiency with standard office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and learning technologies.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.
