ExploreMore with Fran is looking for a Remote Personal Travel Associate to design and book a wide range of travel experiences. You'll be part of a remote team dedicated to creating memorable trips for clients.
What You'll Do
- Design and book travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, group and corporate travel, theme park adventures, sporting events, and Disney vacations.
- Coordinate resort bookings and ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain and update the resort website and social media.
- Use social media and lead tools to attract new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with travel plans.
- Learn and utilize new software for better pricing and service.
What We're Looking For
- No experience needed — full training and certification provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and flexible.
Nice to Have
- A passion for travel and travel experience is a plus.
- Basic social media knowledge is a plus.
