About the Role
The Operations Manager will lead internal processes, manage scheduling and client communications, and maintain operational excellence across a distributed team while supporting the delivery of premium portrait services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across remote studio locations
- Coordinate client onboarding and scheduling for portrait sessions
- Manage timelines and deliverables for photo shoots and post-production
- Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor studio supply inventory and coordinate replenishment
- Support talent onboarding and contractor management
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all client touchpoints
- Track key performance metrics and generate operational reports
- Troubleshoot logistical issues before and after sessions
- Maintain secure client data and confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with creative leads to align operations with artistic vision
- Implement feedback systems to improve service quality
- Manage vendor relationships and service agreements
- Lead weekly team check-ins and operational planning
- Optimize digital tools for scheduling, communication, and file management
