Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide full-time telehealth services. You will be responsible for delivering consistent care within established clinical guidelines to clients across Arkansas.
What You'll Do
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Maintain current and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment approaches
- Support continuity of care across cases
- Provide clinical input on complex situations
- Follow state and ethical requirements
What We're Looking For
- Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- At least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Familiarity with remote therapy workflows
- Strong time management skills
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Work Mode
This is a full-time, fully remote position. You must be licensed and located in Arkansas to provide telehealth services to clients in the state.
