About the Role
This position involves providing life insurance services to clients from a remote location, focusing on assessing client needs, recommending suitable policies, and ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Identify client financial goals and risk tolerance through structured consultations
- Explain various life insurance products including term, whole, and universal life options
- Assist clients in selecting policies aligned with their personal and family needs
- Collect and submit required application materials for underwriting
- Follow up with underwriters to track application status and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations
- Educate clients on policy benefits, exclusions, and premium requirements
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and renewals
- Build relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Develop referral networks with financial advisors and other professionals
- Conduct outreach to expand client base via phone and digital channels
- Stay current on changes in insurance products and industry standards
- Complete continuing education requirements as mandated by licensing boards
- Adhere to ethical standards in all client engagements and sales practices
