Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls to guide individuals in evaluating health coverage and selecting appropriate insurance products and services
- Initiate outbound calls to check in with clients and support follow-up needs
- Show empathy and understanding when working with individuals navigating insurance options
- Develop strong client relationships by fostering trust and long-term loyalty
- Conduct outbound calls as part of ongoing customer engagement and service follow-up
- Support the processing of Medicare-related applications by addressing policy-specific questions

- Required equipment includes a desktop or laptop; Apple/Mac devices, tablets, smartphones, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not supported
- Operating system must be Windows 11
- Computer must have a minimum of 8GB RAM and a processor of i3 4th generation or higher
- A second monitor is mandatory for job performance
- A USB headset with noise-canceling microphone is required; recommended brands include Jabra, Plantronics, and Logitech
- Headsets with 3.5 mm plugs and gaming-style headsets are not permitted
- High-speed internet connection via wired Ethernet is required; Wi-Fi, satellite, and mobile hotspots are not acceptable
- Mobile broadband connections are prohibited
- Internet connection must provide at least 25 Mbps upload speed and 50 Mbps download speed
- Internet service provider must offer high stability with 1% or lower packet loss
- Network latency must remain under 100ms
- A personal cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 14 or later, is required to install the Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) app as mandated by IT
