EX Squared is looking for a Lead Director of Research Consulting to lead our client-facing research practice. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact research strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead client research engagements from initial scoping through final delivery
- Develop and oversee comprehensive research methodologies
- Translate complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Manage senior-level client relationships and act as a primary consultant
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of leading research projects at a consulting firm or equivalent
- Expertise in designing and executing multi-method research studies
- Strong analytical skills with experience synthesizing complex data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to executive audiences
