Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
- Oversee a dedicated portfolio of business clients.
- Establish trust through regular and proactive communication.
- Grasp each client's business, objectives, and banking requirements.
- Serve as a reliable primary contact for customers.
- Minimize customer attrition.
- Reach out to customers who have decreased activity, become inactive, may leave, faced past service problems, or need extra help to benefit from our services.
- Identify reasons for disengagement and assist in re-engaging them.
- Support customer growth.
- Through meaningful discussions, find ways to help customers gain more value from our services by increasing product usage, encouraging them to use us as their main business account, understanding their current banking practices and gaps, spotting unmet needs and future possibilities, and relaying feedback to Product and other teams.
- Take full ownership of the customer relationship.
- When a customer encounters an issue: listen, assume responsibility, collaborate with Customer Care, Operations, or Product to resolve it, and personally follow up after resolution.
- Avoid transferring customers to other teams; remain accountable for the relationship throughout.
- Prepare thoroughly before each interaction.
- Before contacting a customer: understand their business, review past interactions, analyze changes in account activity, and research opportunities to make each conversation relevant and valuable.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Work closely with Customer Care, Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and AI to deliver an optimal customer experience and ensure feedback enhances our products and processes.

What Success Looks Like
You'll have clear quarterly objectives focused on customer outcomes, not just activity, including: Contacting the customers assigned to your portfolio; Achieving meaningful engagement; Reducing customer churn and reactivating inactive customers; Increasing customer engagement and product adoption; Helping more customers make Finom their primary business banking provider. Targets are set and reviewed every quarter, and performance against them is rewarded through a quarterly commission scheme on top of your base salary.
