Anomaly Squared is hiring a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist. In this work-from-home role, you will act as the crucial first point of contact to engage potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Engage potential clients as the first point of contact.
- Qualify leads before they are passed to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems including Google Chrome.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Own a computer meeting minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD Ryzen 5 or better, Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM).
- Own a webcam.
- Have high-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 Mbps and upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
- Have a desk or workstation in a quiet workspace.
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

- High School Diploma or GED.
