FusionTek is hiring a Remote Helpdesk Technician to provide excellent technical support and customer service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide desktop and laptop support, troubleshooting break/fix issues, and assisting with application installations and configurations.
- Engage in security-related tasks, including investigating malware alerts and assisting users with MFA enrollment.
- Document, track, and escalate tickets using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver world-class service to our clients.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience
- Experience with Windows 10, 11, and MacOS operating systems
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 cloud services
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask)
