Responsibilities

  • Process booking requests across various travel services
  • Verify availability and pricing for travel components
  • Enter and update reservation details in the booking system
  • Communicate changes or disruptions to travel plans promptly
  • Assist with modifications and cancellations according to policy
  • Provide accurate information on travel requirements and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors to confirm reservations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and offerings
  • Ensure data accuracy in customer records and booking platforms
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
  • Follow established procedures for customer service excellence
  • Support customers during pre-trip and post-booking phases
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries via email and chat
  • Resolve booking discrepancies efficiently
  • Adhere to service level expectations for response times
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Report system errors or process inefficiencies

  • Work flexible hours including weekends as needed
