ExploreMore with Fran is seeking a Remote Cruise & All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator to help clients plan and book unforgettable vacations, including luxury cruises and all-inclusive resort stays. You will work directly with travelers to create seamless and memorable travel experiences.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, style, and budget
- Research and recommend cruise itineraries, resort packages, and destination activities
- Coordinate all booking details including accommodations, excursions, and transfers
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications
- Provide exceptional service before, during, and after each trip
- Stay informed on current travel trends, cruise lines, and resort offerings
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, web browsing, spreadsheets, and online booking tools)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences

- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service
