Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Operate autonomously while collaborating with a supportive care team
- Efficiently manage documentation using a streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Attend paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings on a regular basis
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in California
Nice to Have
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus, though not required
