Motorola Solutions is hiring a Remote Call Center Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence through performance management and quality assurance, while working closely with an agent team and a Government client.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and manage overall contact center operations
- Conduct workforce and schedule management
- Handle performance management and quality assurance
- Reinforce training and coaching for contact center agents
- Participate in efforts to improve overall performance
- Provide direct customer support when needed
- Engage with the client and respond to Government requests
- Perform other duties, as assigned
What We're Looking For
- HS diploma (or equivalent) is required
- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- 1-2 years of contact center supervisor experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements as a condition of employment
- A reliable, hard-wired internet connection is required
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates residing in the Hampton Roads area.
