Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Demonstrate and sell company products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Log all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Report customer trends and market conditions to management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a call center or remote setting.
- Demonstrate strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Be self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
