Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator - Ottawa

Responsibilities

  • Manage changing vehicle inventory, including organizing incoming and outgoing units on the lot
  • Process vehicle transactions daily with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain high-volume lot operations focusing on safety, efficiency, and security
  • Oversee key control systems and safeguard inventory
  • Complete repair, pickup, and delivery documentation accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with vendors and accounts for repairs, pickups, deliveries, and multiple transactions
  • Report potential safety issues related to equipment, lot conditions, or vehicles to management
  • Carry out additional assigned tasks such as administrative duties, light cleaning, or driving
  • Meet physical demands associated with pre-delivery inspection procedures
  • Perform required servicing on new fleet vehicles following company protocols and checklists
  • Inspect incoming vehicle shipments for damage or missing components and complete manufacturer delivery forms
