Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical field
- Professional experience in maintenance, reliability, or automation within a manufacturing or production setting
- 2 to 3 years of proven leadership managing teams with technical responsibilities
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and tracking key performance indicators
- Effective communication abilities across all organizational levels
- Methodical, practical, and results-driven mindset
