The Relationship Manager – MFI & Banking sector leads the success of our microfinance and banking partnerships—driving performance, delivering on shared priorities, and unlocking impact. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping partners design and implement programs that bring Water.org’s value to life. What You’ll do Account Management • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned MFI and banking partners, fostering long-term success and satisfaction. • Implement partner-facing service delivery and projects, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities and business plans. • Maintain high-quality data and reporting accuracy to support decision-making and verify program outcomes. • Nurture strong working relationships that support partner performance and the achievement of impact goals. Business Development • Strengthen and expand relationships with key decision-makers within your partner portfolio and/or geographic area. • Identify and cultivate opportunities to grow Water.org’s footprint within the financial sector, including new partnerships, product innovations, or expanded financing programs. • Support strategy execution and pipeline development for Water.org’s products and services. Business Metrics & Reporting • Deliver timely, accurate reporting and analysis of account performance, including program execution, funding utilization, and projected impact. • Translate performance metrics into insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.
