About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key employer clients, driving retention and expansion by delivering tailored solutions and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing client interactions to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership success
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or concerns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employer clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of client business objectives
- Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic business updates
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet client-specific needs
- Track and report on client usage, satisfaction, and engagement trends
- Support onboarding and transition processes for new employer clients
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities
- Advocate for client feedback to influence product and service improvements
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Drive renewal processes with a focus on seamless continuation of service
- Contribute to the development of best practices in client relationship management
- Utilize data insights to guide client strategy and recommendations
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalation situations
- Promote trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication
- Stay current on industry trends impacting employer service needs
- Support special projects related to client experience enhancements
