About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key employer clients, driving retention and expansion by delivering tailored solutions and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing client interactions to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership success
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks or concerns
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employer clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of client business objectives
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic business updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet client-specific needs
  • Track and report on client usage, satisfaction, and engagement trends
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new employer clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities
  • Advocate for client feedback to influence product and service improvements
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Drive renewal processes with a focus on seamless continuation of service
  • Contribute to the development of best practices in client relationship management
  • Utilize data insights to guide client strategy and recommendations
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalation situations
  • Promote trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication
  • Stay current on industry trends impacting employer service needs
  • Support special projects related to client experience enhancements
