Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments in workplaces, homes, and community settings focusing on function, ergonomics, and equipment needs
- Identify obstacles preventing injured employees from returning to work
- Collaborate with employees, healthcare providers, insurers, and employers to support safe and sustainable work reintegration
- Develop, deliver, and track rehabilitation programs tailored to individual recovery goals
