Responsibilities
- Manage a balanced caseload with assistance from Rehabilitation Assistants to reduce administrative responsibilities.
- Partner with employers and employees to design and deliver injury prevention initiatives and workplace training programs, using clinical insight to enhance recovery and return-to-work success.
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical teams, and allied health professionals while conducting specialized assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Evaluations, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
