Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare standards set by regulatory bodies such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Exhibit skilled nursing practices, including medication administration, sterile field preparation, and equipment sterilization
- Coordinate daily clinical and surgical workflows through clear communication with healthcare providers
- Accurately and thoroughly record patient charts and surgical documentation
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions
- Follow established protocols and procedures to support successful patient outcomes
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive patient experience
- Complete assigned tasks and take on additional duties as directed by clinical leadership
