Responsibilities
- Ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Demonstrating clinical proficiency in RN duties, such as administering medications, preparing sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment
- Communicating effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules
- Accurately documenting clinical and surgical chart notes
- Maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service at all times
- Following established policies and procedures to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Enhancing patient retention by delivering exceptional care and experience
- Completing additional projects and duties as assigned by clinical leadership
