Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrate skilled nursing practices, including medication administration, sterile technique setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules through clear communication with healthcare providers.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes in compliance with standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established policies and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by ensuring a superior level of care and positive patient experience.
- Complete assigned projects and additional duties as directed by clinical leadership.
