Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare standards set by regulatory bodies such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core nursing duties, including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate daily clinical and surgical workflows.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive patient experience.
- Complete assigned projects and fulfill additional duties as directed by clinical leadership.
