Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards set by regulatory bodies such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Demonstrate skilled nursing practices, including medication administration, sterile field preparation, and equipment sterilization
- Collaborate clearly with healthcare providers to align on daily clinical and surgical workflows
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to support favorable patient outcomes
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive experience
- Complete assigned tasks and take on additional duties as directed by clinical supervisors

Compensation
Hourly rate between $51 and $55, adjusted based on experience, licenses, and certifications

- Ability to sit or stand intermittently throughout shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
