Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrate skilled nursing practice, including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules through clear communication with healthcare providers.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes in compliance with protocols.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established procedures and policies to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering high-quality care and a positive patient experience.
- Complete additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership.
