Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare standards set by JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core nursing tasks such as medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Coordinate daily clinical and surgical workflows through clear communication with healthcare providers.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes in compliance with clinical standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established clinical policies and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive patient experience.
- Complete assigned projects and additional duties as directed by clinical leadership.
