Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA at all times.
- Show proficiency in core nursing duties including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Collaborate clearly with healthcare providers to align on daily clinical and surgical workflows.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes in compliance with standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive patient experience.
- Complete assigned projects and additional duties as directed by clinical leadership.
